Designs & Sizes

• Most of our designs can be cut larger or smaller to accommodate your needs. If you see designs that you’d like to have changed, we can do that too. For example, you may see a windmill scene, but would like to have cattle added to the scene with a frame around the entire piece. You tell us what you want in your scene, and we’ll customize your art. We have thousands of images in hundreds of different categories, so we can design metal art with almost anything on it.

Lettering

• Custom Lettering can be added to almost any design. We have many different fonts available. The cost of lettering will depend on the size and design of the art. Please email your ideas for a free quote.

Cutting

• Cutting is done on an automated CNC machine so the edges are clean, smooth and finished.

Materials Used

• Signs and gate entrances are cut from 1/8” thick mild steel.
• Hat and Tack Racks and wall hooks are also cut from the thicker 1/8” plate.
• Wall Art is usually cut from 1/16” (16 gauge) steel.
• Garden Art is normally cut from 1/8” thick mild steel, but is available by request in thinner 16 gauge material at a reduced price. Please call or email us for details.

Paint and Finishes

• We offer our signs in a Black powder coated finish. Powder coating is a very durable and long lasting finish which is baked on. Other colors other than black are available on request. We also offer our signs in unpainted metal so that you may finish or paint them as desired.
• Finishes on wall hangings and other items vary, so please see each product description for finishes.
• Garden art comes with a rustic rust patina. Over time, this finish will continue to age to a darker rust color similar to an old penny. We also offer garden art in unpainted steel so that you may paint it as desired. We can also have it powder coated upon request. Please email for cost of powder coating on garden art items.
